I found a new Web site, http://www.handmedowns.com/, which is a one-step baby shop where you can buy, sell or donate gently used baby and kid products.
From monitors and baby joggers to Big Wheels and swing sets, there is something for all ages. There's even a place where you can find babysitters and nannies. The site pulls additional listings off eBay, Craigslist, and Oodle for all the best stuff.
