T.S. Hanna Aftermath

Thought I'd share some pictures of our property in the wake of Tropical Storm Hanna. We had an awful lot of yard debris--leaves, twigs, small & medium branches.
My Parks' Whopper tomato plant was knocked over. I had to drain the water out of the planter then reset the stake to stand it upright. We forgot to put the cover back on the sandbox, so it's turned into a pond for tadpoles. We had put a tarp on top of our gazebo, and the hurricane shredded it. That's pretty much all the damage that was sustained, thankfully!

So glad that y'all made it through ok! We're keeping an eye on Ike and whether it will hit the TX coast.

We were worried for a little while because it looked like we'd get a double whammy if Ike followed in Hanna's path. Thankfully, that didn't happen, although we are concerned about all our family & friends along the Gulf Coast!
